This is the most common massage modality; its techniques form the foundation for many bodywork practices. The therapist uses soothing strokes to promote relaxation, increase circulation and decrease stress levels while enhancing the function of both the lymphatic and immune systems. Pressure is tailored to the clients needs between light and moderate pressure. Can be used for relaxation or treatment of acute or chronic pain.
Swedish Massage
30 min. - $55 / 60 min. - $100 / 90 min. - $135
Unlike Swedish massage that only addresses the superficial muscle layer, Deep Tissue reaches the deeper lying muscles. It requires a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology by the therapist. The therapist can incorporate many different massage methods (myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, etc.) to release adhesions or other muscular anomalies that may have formed due to injury, overuse and postural misalignments. The depth of pressure is tailored to the needs of the client. This can be used for relaxation as well as treatment for acute and chronic pain.

Whether you’re a “weekend warrior” or training for the Ironman, Sports Massage can help alleviate the build-up of muscle tension and fatigue that occurs during physical activity. It helps to protect against pain and injuries while boosting performance, aiding in the removal of lactic acid and metabolic waste, and restoring normal muscle tone and range of motion.

Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
30 min. - $55 / 60 min. - $100 / 90 min. - $135
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage is a deep compression effleurage delivered by the massage therapist’s bare feet using overhead bars for balance and support. This technique is shown to increase the intervertebral disc space resulting in fluidity of movement and pain relief.
60 min. - $115 / 90 min. - $150
The therapist uses traditional strokes of Swedish massage while holding a smooth heated stone of varying sizes and shapes. The warmth of the stone helps muscles release more quickly and is very soothing to the client. Heated Synergy Stone Massage is ideal for those who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage. However, if you prefer deeper work, the therapist can use the stones to penetrate to the deeper lying muscles.

Modern Cupping Therapy
30 min. cupping only (1-2 focus body areas) - $70
60 min. cupping only (3-4 focus body areas) - $115
30 min. Massage w/ Cupping (1 focus body area) - $70
60 min. Massage w/ Cupping (3-4 focus body areas) - $115
90 min. Massage w/ Cupping (3-4 focus body areas) - $150
Modern Cupping Therapy utilizes negative pressure rather than tissue compression. By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping therapy lifts connective tissue, releases rigid tissue and loosens adhesions. Cupping pulls interstitial fluid, stagnation and debris from underlying tissue allowing it to be easily flushed out via the lymphatic and circulatory systems. The benefits are numerous and include providing relief from a range of conditions, including muscle tension, back pain, digestive problems, stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and repetitive motion injuries. Treatment can also improve range of motion, circulation, pulmonary conditions, and encourages lymph drainage
Acupuncture / Acussage
Acupuncture - 60 min - $95
Acupuncture is performed by inserting very thin needles into specific, energetically active points on the body. The basic principle of acupuncture is to move stagnant Qi. Qi Is our life force energy, and When It Is stagnated, or blocked, any number of symptoms can occur. Acupuncture corrects these imbalances by breaking up stuck or blocked Qi along the 12 primary meridians, or channels, in the human body. Acupuncture is a wonderful healing tool, as well as preventative medicine.
In a typical acupuncture session the acupuncturist will take your health history, feel your pulses to assess relative flow of energy in all your meridians, and converse with you in order to assess the best treatment for you. Acupuncture works best over multiple treatments, so that the effects can deepen, and resolve underlying stagnation to bring harmony.
Conditions commonly treated: Pain Management, Stress and anxiety, Menopause, Insomnia, Digestive disorders, Respiratory conditions, Women's health, Infertility, PTSD

Foot Reflexology is not just a “foot massage”. Reflexology applies pressure to specific points on the feet that affect corresponding areas of the body. This helps maintain homeostasis in the body and promotes relaxation. The therapist may concentrate on specific areas to alleviate ailments. For example, if you have sinus trouble, they will focus on your toes. The therapist will also work on the whole foot in order to strengthen every system in the body.
